Jan 1 2007- Beginning Jan 10th Red Mountain will start practicing at Benedict Field 8PM-10PM Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are not able to book the fields every week of the season, so please refer to our practice schedule which is posted here.
Jan 1 2007- Please get you dues in ASAP. CIPP Registration will need to be completed to be eligible for the first match of the season schedule against the Gilbert Warriors 1/12/08. Please click this link to log into USA RUGBY'S CIPP Registration site and forward your receipt to a club administrator for a partial payment of dues -or- complete the paper 2007 CIPP registration form enrollment section and bring it with a check for dues to practice and give to a club admin.

Jan 1 2007- Congratulations to Scott Mead a senior member of the Red Mountain Rugby Club and multiyear Pacific Coast All-Star. Scott had an impressive showing at the USA RUGBY All-Star championships in December and was selected for the Eagle Pool in the Fullback position. The Eagles are slated to play matches against English Counties XV during their 2008 spring tour.

January 18, 2008 - USA 7s team head coach Al Caravelli has invited 21 players to Chula Vista for the national team camp, but none more interesting than Austin Sage.

The 18-year-old former football player was scouted by the 7s coach while at the USA U19 camp earlier this year.

Sage is very new to rugby - he has been playing for less than three months, but his speed and athleticism are obvious. As a XVs player he still has a way to go, but Caravelli felt he could help Sage make the leap with a few days of intensive training. The two spoke during the camp, where
